Very helpful
Great size, easy to attach pouches. Love the fact that they open from the top rather than the bottom. This way there is no risk for documents to fall out. Ordered several pouches in several colors. Used the red one for the documents and the other colored pouches to store leashes, food, spare travel pads and spare cable ties.

Great idea, but...
might not be durable enough. Attached pouch to kennel as instructed and when opening zipper top to place documents inside the side seam split about a 1.5 inches at the top. Had to use clear packing tape to mend as there wasn't time to replace. COMMENT: Please contact us for refund occasionally we get a batch that will have a seam defect caused from the manufacturing process. We have started to test them before shipping.

These are large and roomy without being so large as to be in the way. The colors are nice and I love the metal eyehole, it seems like they will hold up well

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, examined and processed your return. EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
