THIS VERSION is specially made FOR the GRREAT CHOICE now called TOP PAW (PETMART HOUSE BRANDs) The kit will add 3+ inches to the height of your existing GRREAT CHOICE & TOP PAW (both PETSMART HOUSE BRANDS This kit includes a special adapter KIT for those 2 specific kennels that have a slightly larger door than ALL other 500 XL kennels. LOOK for these two brand labels above the door on your kennel to confirm this kit is right for your kennel.

CAGE IS NOT INCLUDED - DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL YOU HAVE A 500 XL KENNEL AND HAVE MEASURED YOUR DOG. THIS KIT WILL NOT EXPAND LENGTH OR WIDTH ONLY HEIGHT or Head room.

Luftansa Air maximum height is 85cm or 33.50 inches so your kennel will still fit into Luftansa's cargo doors.
If your dog is traveling internationally the airline NOW requires for the safety of your dog a full 2-3" of extra head room above your dogs head or tip of ears (in pointy eared dogs). If you have an existing 500 size kennel that your dog is acclimated to and fits your dog but lacks the extra head room required, the 500Plus Kennel expansion kits are the perfect accessory. They easily modify your 500 XL dog kennel into airline compliant. Simply add the 5 rails in between the top and bottom and install the door spacer.
Some drilling is required.
ALL Vents and slots are redesigned to follow IATA 2024 new requirements (1x1 inch or smaller for international flights)

Kit will add about 5 lbs to existing XL Kennel weight after installing.
PLEASE note: Extenders will not fit old style kennels with square door.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
