best no-spill crate cup we've found!
Still the best no-spill crate cups we've been able to find! All our dogs have them in their car travel crates, and we have no spillage problems. Only improvement would be to offer a metal version (or a metal rim piece) since one of our dogs thinks they're great to chew when/if he knocks it off the door or when he's bored. Hence my new review - just had to order more for him!

Came highly recommended
Having to transport a family member's loving pet across the country, then overseas, these dishes came highly recommended. The price was perfect, free shipping and FAST delivery!! They fit the crate perfectly. The cross country trip is on Saturday and the overseas trip starts next Wednesday, I am confident they will live up to all of our expectations. Thank you for making this adventure easier with one less thing to worry about.

Works perfectly, great price
best non-spill crate cup we've found, and at an amazing price (compare to Marchioro bowl of same design) & free shipping to boot! Only improvement would be to offer it made of metal as an option - the plastic doesn't hold up with young dogs who haven't learned to not chew their plastic crate cup yet! :-)

Helpful Folks
We haven't used these great quality cups yet, but I'm sure their non-spill feature will make us glad we returned a competitor's cups. Reasonably priced and promptly shipped. I'm happy and sure Charlie (cat) will be, too. We'd do it again.

Best product for air travel.
I received this ones last week. They are made from very good materials, and they fit perfect. I am sure my lovely pet will love it. I recommend this item. They looked small, the size is good for my Maltese (7 pounds).

Perfect sized cups
My cat is flying internationally and needed 2 food dishes for her kennel. I looked everywhere until I found these, and they're perfect. They fit securely, are easy to remove, are the perfect size, and the best price. This was too easy.

Spill-proof Containers
The containers were just what my pet needed for a long-distance trip. They installed securely and really did prevent food and water spills.

Well made although even the large size is smaller than expected. The bowls hang at the right angle when attached and will stay on firmly. Purchased on recommendation from pet mover. Peace of mind on a long flight for my dog.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
