Excellent products! My cats loved them.
We purchased these bowls for sending our two cats to the UK from the US in the cargo hold. I was unhappy with the quality of the travel bowls that came with our Sky Kennels, and thought these ones looked good. They were excellent. Very high quality and stood up to international travel extremely well. In fact, our two cats like them so much, they prefer using them as water dishes in our new place over their old water bowl! Great product.

Excellent food/water cups
Not only were the cups as advertised, but they were also delivered in just a few days and fit side by side in medium sized cat carriers. I did use small zipties to ensure they remained securely attached.

airline approved bowls
I was in desparte need of bowl for an airline crate. thought the local major pet stores carried them NOT!!! only on line. found these & they worked out well

great product
I bought all the necessary supplies needed to fly my dog on an airplane and found all products from Dry Fur of great quality. These food and water cups hook onto the door of a kennel and are very well made. They are a bit small for a large dog, but my dog is still able to use them.

Kinda small for a Xlarge dog
I purchased these bowls for a collie. They say they are for large dogs but maybe more like a sheltie or schnauzer

Great products
I contacted Dry Fur to order the travel kit for a large dog travelling to Dubai from Orlando, FL. They were very helpful and substituted one of the small bowls for a large one. The cage was very dry upon arrival at DXB and the products are made of very good quality!! Thanks Dry Fur for your help

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
