FEATURING our NEW IMPROVED Knurled thumb nuts with one of a kind serrated edges to help LOCK the thumb Nuts securely in place when traveling with your pets for added safety and security. Package includes 20 Thumb Nuts and 20 Square neck carriage bolts available in (SHORT 7/8 inch, MEDIUM 1-1/4 inch or LONG 1-3/4 inch) These are perfect for replacing the old fashion Doskocil fasteners used on the Original SKY Kennels, but will equally fit on most pet carriers made by Petmate.
Our Unique thumb nuts have a Serrated Non Spinning Washer built into the face of the nut. Angled serrations allow the nuts to securely fasten and stay tight when vibration is present. This is extremely important for keeping pets safe and secure while traveling on airlines.

These are the exact same ones I was missing on my old Sky kennel I purchased from Airline in 1990's can't believe you stock these. My Sky kennel is like brand new.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
