My daughter is returning from Guam and her pets kennel was missing a few screws which are required to fly the pet. I ordered a set which arrived late due to USPS misrouting the package. I spoke with customer support and they saved the day by shipping a new set directly to my daughter which will arrive just in time to ship her pet. Product was exactly as described and customer support was excellent.

These screws are so easy to use. It was not difficult to put on the crate. They are TSA approved and they held my crate securely shut.

These are solidly built and the color is nice (although I think it may chip off over time). But there are only 8, which means you need to buy two packs. Response: Please note these color will not "chip off" they are colored by anodizing which is a chemical reaction rather than painting or coating so it is permanent. The hardware does come in packs of 8 because many smaller carriers use 6-8 attachments and some larger ones use 10-16 but it would be unfair for the customers to be required to purchase a full pack of 16 if they only needed 6.

I ordered these yesterday - on a Sunday - and they were already in my mailbox Monday before noon! They are really great and they fit my Bargain Hound XL crate, which I bought in 2007, and I don't think they are making anymore. They are a lovely pink/purple, and I love them! thank so much!

The shipping was swift, and the product easy to install...nothing missing. No chasing around from store to store without success. Truly meets my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to order other pet items when I need them.

I understand that these nuts are handmade - nobody else makes these kinds of kennel screws anymore. And the customer service is absolute perfection - they are the nicest people. I have ordered these several times since I do rescue and I'm always getting carriers donated that have one screw and are otherwise held together by zip ties. I have two, somewhat minor, complaints. 1- The top of the nut is bigger than the ones that came with the kennel when it was new. It makes it difficult to tighten the 2 front ones because the nut is right against the door edges. 2- I don't know if that's the reason, but I find that these nuts loosen up a little even after only one trip to the vet. I'm always tightening them up while I'm in the waiting room, but if you don't notice it right away, you might lose your pet. But it's still a great product. And the colors are jazzy. Fast delivery too. HI Betsey, you will want to add the (lock washers) tiny split washers to the top of the bolt next to the nut that will assist in keeping the nuts locked tight... Lot of people figure they are not important but they do help keep them tight when installed.
