I bought this harness to put on our new little toy poodle when we flew with her from California, where she'd lived leash-free, romping on grass on a breeding farm for three years, to her new home in big, noisy, scary NYC. I was going to order the small, because she's only 7 pounds, but the customer service rep was absolutely correct in estimating she'd need the medium (I didn't yet have the dog to measure her). Not only did the harness make our trip hassle free, but it's become her everyday harness as I try to acclimate her to life on asphalt. She's freaked by the noise and still adjusting to walking on a leash, so I'm sure she would have slipped or jerked out of any other harness. I've had that terrifying experience with less anxious dogs; the horror of holding an empty leash and harness while your dog stands naked, perilously close to traffic, is unimaginable. But this harness makes me and the dog absolutely secure. I'm not sure what I'm going to do once we transition to "sweater weather." I'm hoping the large or XL will fit over those. And I do wish they'd consider making them in a range of colors because as a chic city chick my girl will of course be working a fabulous wardrobe.

I purchased the XL for my terrier mix. Hes about 12-14 pounds and it fits perfect. Snug and just the right amount of velcro close. I am so happy to receive this product, my dog is not friendly and was so worried about getting thru TSA. Bonus, ordered on April 11, received in Las Vegas on April 13 WOW!!

I love this product, however even though I took measurements on my cats, I found the vests a bit small. In every other way this is a very nice product with comfortable fabric and style and decent workmanship and quality. I particularly like that it is not restrictive around the throat area (important for cats) and that is has double securing features on the back (velcro as well as a clip). Next time I will order one size up from what is recommended.

Easiest to get on for small dogs and, yes, cats. No more struggle. Paws in the front holes and wrap it around the body.

both cats are adjusting better than I expected . I am so impressed with the quality of both the harness/vest and leash. spoke personally with them and they were so helpful.

A very frustrated calico cat has learned that she can't shuck out of this harness, and we look forward to her being able to travel safely in her new gear. She may never learn to walk dog-like out in a park, but at least she won't disappear under the RV...

I ordered the TSA harness for my furry buddy (Ebeye) as I'm coming home from the Marshall Islands with him in June. I put it on him and, as usual with cats, he rolled around on the floor like he was dying. He flopped around like a dying fish and looked at me like "what have you put on me??" After a few minutes, he was walking around (stumbling around) and then seemed to start getting used to it. I love the fit of the harness and the combination of Velcro and the buckle attachment makes it very secure. He managed to slip out one time but it was because I didn't have the Velcro attached tight enough. I think the vest is very well made and the price is VERY good for this quality of an item. It gives me a lot more confidence that my buddy will make it home without the chance of him getting loose when outside of his carrier. Five Stars ***** for customer service. Communication/packing/shipment was EXCELLENT. Thank you for a great product and customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

we don't use airports travel in 5th wheel for those times they have to be more secure the harness works good adjustable velcro easy on and off happy with our purchase thank you
