we loved the travel set stickers and also the tag that came with it to put on the kennel for our granddog that we sent to Hawaii in June2013. The lady taking the order helped and was very fast and able to get them to me overnight(extra money) but worth the peace of mind knowing I didn't have to worry about her traveling. I didn't have to spend time and effort trying to drive everywhere to get what I needed.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)

Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
