Best Response Time Ever
My family (this always includes our dog Mocha) plan on flying to the NW in March so we needed get her a carrier and such. After reading the airline requirements, we purchase a carrier but it didn't have the signage required and some other things like releasable zip ties and the like. Typical stuff you can find around the web. We landed on the Dry Fur site and they had exactly what we needed. Now if you should ever order anything from these folks please be prepared for what follows after you make the purchase. I ordered these items on a Friday afternoon and expected them to arrive about a week later. They showed up on my doorstep on the following Monday!! Two days and those were the weekend no less. Simply incredible service for a $35.00 order. If they are that good with small purchases, I can only imagine the service you'll get with a larger purchase. These guys are just that good!

Perfect!
Shipped the day I ordered it. Included everything I need for an international flight for my pets. Great price. Could not find these products in pet stores (Petsmart, Petco, Pet Supplies Plus, etc). If they did exist, they only came with a kennel, which I already had. Would highly recommend!

Great Product
In preparing to ship a Great Dane puppy I knew that I would need the stickers for shipping. I was very happy to see that the package came with everything that I would need according to the airlines… and then some! They provided a name tag for the door, pet information sticker, a semi rigid plastic sealable package for any other information to fly with him and all the live animal and "this way up" stickers. Fantastic. Shipped quickly and more than reasonably priced!

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
