We do not accept returns if you are unable to train your cat to accept the Harness. So if you are traveling soon and do not have time to harness train your Cat you may want to check out our TSA FAST PASS® Leash & Collar. It is also designed not to trigger any alarms during your TSA airport inspection. Most cats take to them immediately.

great harness/package
flew to and from west palm beach with stopover in d.c. the package included everything I needed. The harness and leash was perfect to take our mini dachshund thru the metal detector with no issues.

Excellent!
I am very impressed with this travel kit and and the company. I received the items very quickly in the mail. The harness fit was perfect, which was surprising because I have a hard to fit italian greyhound. The measurement guidelines were spot on. I have yet to use the kit for airline travel yet, but every item seems well made and to have a purpose.

Best product for traveling with your pet
I purchased this product for a first time trip with my dog. I was impressed with not only the quality of the product but also with the fact that a check list was provided. Being new to traveling with my dog there were important facts that I was not aware of or had not thought about such as including a picture of your pet. The point of a health certificate also was a point that I had missed. I would highly recommend this product so that both you and your pet can have a hassel free enjoyable trip

All the parts needed to travel with my pet are in this kit. I bought the pet carrier at the same time as the kit. Nothing else is needed. Great quality and well designed products.

The product was fantastic for the price. The quality of the harness and leash are top notch and the harness is adorable too with the little "S" shaped emblem on the chest. Everything in the kit was fabulous. The bowls were great and I used the entire kit for the trip. I am extremely impressed and have told everyone I know about DryFur!

Amazing!
Bought this for my dog and it was a bit too small for him. Called the company and talked to actual live person right away! Returned it and had the new one by the next week. Super fast, Super friendly! Also found out that they donate the returns to the animal shelter!

Everything needed in one package!
So happy I found this company and ordered what I needed for travel with my pets from Dryfur :) This kit had everything I needed, harness and leash for my cat fit perfectly. Ordered the kit about a month in advance, arrived very quickly by the way and put the harness on her overnight every few days so she would get used to it so I would not have a fidgety cat at security! Loved the plastic bags for paperwork and extra food, all just the right size, tags for the carrier and the harness were handy, collapsible bowls are still being used as I have not gotten her new water/food dishes yet :) got the pads for the carrier, super soft and fit perfectly. Definitely the way to go, buy this kit if you are traveling with your pet, you won't regret it!

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
