Can never have too many cable ties
Was happy to have the Option to order a bag of cable ties in addition to the cable ties that were included in the cargo travel kit. This way I was able to put some in the pouches attached to the kennels in case the Animal Lounge in the UK, where my 3 Dogs stayed in Transit for 2 days, needed the ties to secure the Kennels for the connecting flight. And my father has now used the after the flight remaining cable ties for his garden Projects.

Great product, very useful
These ties were great, they allowed me to prepare my carrier to airline specifications and once we arrived it was very easy to disassemble the carrier and leave it ready for future use. Much better than the pegs that came with the carrier and much better than single-use zip ties.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
