Better than expected
I was so pleasantly surprised to find out the quality of this product after I had shipped my 8 wk. old puppy from California to Iowa. He was bone dry and so was the pad he was laying on for the entire trip. No potty smell either. The people at DryFur are very knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely order this product again and again. Thank you DryFur!

UK buyers beware when Parcelforce get involved it all goes wrong.
I would like to write a review but my stuff is gathering dust in a Parcel Force depot, I am sure the product is great but I will sadly have emigrated With my cats by the time Parcelfarce get the items that I ordered on the 18th of August a few miles up the road to me. I am sorry you felt it necessary to give us a failing score for slowness of your governments mail service. We shipped same day you ordered and it arrived in UK in few days. After that remember we are in the USA we have no control over speed of your countries customs process. I do see the day after you posted this review your items were attempted to be delivered and you were not home so the next day they successfully delivered to you. again sorry but absolutely out of our control and nothing to do with our service or products but 100% due to an agency or process we have nothing to do with. AS you pointed out in your email we could offer DHL or Fedex but for your order this would cost you $240.00 just for shipping. USPS mail service cost only $45.00 but takes longer.

Great for my carrier
This fits perfectly in my sleepypod cat carrier--my male cat doesn't like to travel and usually leaves us a present; this makes it easy to clean out

Pet Travel Pads are the best!
These pads worked so well for my 8wk. old puppy on his flight. He was in his carrier for 12hrs. and these pads held up. They are fantastic!

Great, soft and confortable
I can't imagine anywhere else to get a traveling pad for my dogs like this! I'm so happy to have found it, the size is great for the kennel and the service was so fast I was amazed! I'm traveling this weekend and I just waiting the best for my babies, but I'm sure they'll have!

Larger than expected
The pad itself is fine, but the "medium" size is actually quite LARGE. I had to fold the pad in half and squeeze it into the carrier. And it barely fits into the carrier. The small size would have been too small... so the sizing seems a bit off. Not a bad product though... just didn't expect it to be so big. I'm flying out tomorrow so I didn't have time to return it. It'll make due for 1 flight. :)

Extra Absorbant and sturdy
I use these for my mother cats to have their babies in sterilite tubs. The are excellent for this as when mothers scrath to rearrage the nest, they do not bunch and are safe for the kittens once born. I also use them when I ship kittens. They make us HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY! Fast service when we order and always a pleasure doing business with DryFurs! Love the little food dishes for shipping International kitties!!!

Very absorbent; excellent service
Pros-Dry Fur provides fast shipment and excellent service when ever we have ordered items. We ship sheep across the country by air. I have used these travel pads in 17 shipments. They are extremely absorbent. I duct tape the pads to the bottom of the crate and then add 4 inches of wood shavings. Cons-The extra large pads cost $16.99 each which I think is expensive. Pad size is a little small. In giant crates we use two of the them and they do not cover the entire bottom of the crate. We use one extra large pad in the extra large crates and some of the bottom is also exposed.

Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
