Such a great kit!!!!!!1 ++++++++
I am taking my dog to Europe in a couple of weeks, and I have been struggling to read up on everything that we need before going, and especially what we need for her crate. I found a crate and then... I found this kit! It has everything! All the things that I had planned to buy separately, and more. I absolutely loved it, and it really ads everything that we need for her crate. We are ready to go! Thank you, thank you! A really great kit.

Don,t waste time ordering individual items for traveling with your pet. his kit has everything you need and things you did not realize we're important. Having more nuts and bolts would be the only thing I would add.

Is more than I was expecting to be! All the ID tags for the pet & the kennel are amazing and helpful! Also the food containers and the stickers for the kennel. OMG! Just great!

We purchased the DryFur Deluxe Airline Travel Kit for our Roxy's upcoming move to the middle of the South Pacific. The package that you will get from Lisa and the rest of her amazing team TRULY includes EVERYTHING needed to meet IATA Cargo Crate Approval, minus the actual crate...and it makes the crate look LOVED while doing it. The Optional Pink Hardware provides a nice touch of class to the otherwise nameless grey crate. Thank you again Lisa for providing us with such a thorough package at such and Incredible price, I don't know how you did it.

Good Quality Product
Everything needed to prepare a carrier for air cargo. Only suggestion is with the hardware - the carrier I purchased needed extra screws, nuts and bolts. I know there is a caution about this onsite, but I did not have the carrier when I purchased. This product contained 8 and I needed 10. If I had bought a second bag, it would have been way too many. Suggest packing 10 in a package in lieu of two.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
