Purchased Small Travel kit
I purchased the small travel kit. I will say that I love the kit - here are my only issues: 1. cannot purchases in Canada so I ordered from here and got hit with import charges along with the shipping and exchange rate. Not the fault of the kit - just an FYI for Canadian buyers. 2. I have a 3 lb yorkie so the small kit was the sized I needed. the Temp ID tag is suited for a large dog. The tag should be smaller for the small size travel kit. Otherwise seems great. Looking forward to using it. This will be our first time placing our dog in cargo and the kit was a great help. love the videos and how the kit has everything included. Also purchased a few other goodies for the pet in cabin bag we have. - this is usually how we travel with our dog.

We bought this airline travel kit after seeing the video online. It has everything you need and more! We bought the Medium size to make sure we had enough metal screws and bolts for the kennels. It comes with more stuff and better bowls than the other travel kits we have bought in the past. You can't always depend on the airline to have extra's of these things, so be prepared and just get this kit. We bought 3 and they all fit perfectly in the kennels. We are flying from Hawaii to the mainland and pets leaving Hawaii must be in cargo. This store has everything you need. We are a military family, so we will definitely buy this again when we need to relocate overseas again or fly our pets with us within the mainland. Thank you for making such a great product available. One less thing to stress about when moving pets.

We shipped our dogs to Hawaii. The dry fur pad was great and the metal nuts and bolts worked well. We bought the Giant size deluxe kit. The plastic tabs on the bowls all broke off by the time dogs arrived on island. We used the stickers but other tags and paperwork wasn't needed, as our airline had their own paperwork to put on crate.

A Life Saver: Great Product & Great Customer Service
A must have for anyone traveling with a pet. This travel kit, including the kennel hardware, food and water dish, travel checklist, zip ties, and live animal stickers is invaluable. I just flew across the country and my black lab had to travel in the cargo area. Without this kit, I would have been lost. Worse, the airline would have refused him because the kennel didn't come with the proper metal hardware. The checklist and directions ensure you are both prepared to travel and give you incredible peace of mind knowing your pet is as safe as possible. Also, the customer service was impeccable. I called to order the product just a few days before departure. Worse, I called just before close of business. The owner went out of her way to ensure the product was delivered immediately and arrived in merely two days.

Great kit, all you need
I ordered this for a trip to Europe. I think the items in this kit make the trip in the kennel much safer for your dog. The metal nuts bolts are great (even airline required?) compared to the plastic ones that usually come with kennels. I left a worn t-shirt in the kennel for the odor so my dog felt less stressed. All in all a great kit and strongly recommended! Great store also!

Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
