Must measure pet and refer to size chart. NOTE: Our TSA products run small and are designed for use by Small Pets traveling in cabin who fit under the seat. Most airline require in cabin pets to weight less than 20lbs.

If item has been used it can only be returned for exchange in size (no charge - hassle free size exchange) or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns if you are unable to train your cat to accept the Harness. Fits Well, Made Well!
I have numerous harnesses for my cats, and was a little reluctant to order one online without trying it on first, but I got a small for my 7# Cornish Rex cat and it fits perfectly. Her measurements are 8" neck and 13" chest. I love the little logo emblem, too. While I have never had a problem going through security at airports with the harnesses & leash I usually use, I like the added comfort knowing this one has no metal parts.

Got Out Fast
Nice looking harness and a good price but my cat got out of it after wearing it a short time indoors. I measured as instructed. Glad we didn't go outside without trying it first. May work better for dogs.

easy to stuff cat into this harness
We are still in the training stage of accustom ing cat to her new fashion accessory, but we're very pleased with the fit and ease of fastening the harness. This is the best we have tried so far.

New Harnesses fit perfectly
The kitties think their new harnesses are just OK, but I love them! Easy to get into, and they can't get out of them. Very well made and sturdy. They look cute too!

Provides some peace of mind when going through security
Bought the small harness and then the medium as my cat was right on the size borderline. The medium was too big as she slipped out of it pretty easily. The small seemed very small around the neck so I ripped off the neck clasps and reattached them giving her a little more room. It was very hard to sew them back on so I hope your cat has a neck that matches the size. I gave here a couple of weeks of positive reinforcement (treats) for wearing the harness and for the carrier training so I think that helped. She even managed to wiggle out of the harness while in the pet carrier so I had to put her all back inside of it again while we were on line for security. I did not have it on tight enough so don't be afraid to make it somewhat snug. Anyway she sailed through the metal detector in my arms without a hitch and the harness stayed on through the 3 hour flight. They don't like to walk in it so don't expect to walk them through the metal detector like a dog. This harness just gives that extra security that you won't choke your cat to death should thy get scared and leap out of your arms. I would recommend the harness if you get the right size and practice putting it on and off and letting the cat wear it for a number of times to see if your cat can keep it on. It might actually act as a calming influence.

Cat Harness for my Siamese SUPERcat ''Augustine''
I was looking for a secure cat harness every where in Canada and I could not find any. I found this one on your Web site. I have try it on my Siamese SUPER cat, his name ''Augustine''. Me and my cat are very satisfy on the harness quality. That makes him like a glove and she looks like a princess! Merci!

Well the product is great, my cat, not so much
Teddy could not tolerate the travel harness. When we put him in it he sank to the ground with that "pathetic cat" look on his face, and would only crab-walk, as if he couldn't stand up in it. Yes, it was hilarious, but unfortunately it did not solve our need for a way to safely and gently restrain him and attach an ID tag during travel. I wish it had, it was obviously a thoughtfully-designed and well-made product.

Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
