just whats needed
i ordered and received the next day. all worked great. The bowls were a bit too large to fit on the door, though. The top lips kept popping off and weren't usable. Or I would give it 5 stars

Great kit, small bowls
This kit is what you'd expect, except maybe the size of the bowls. These are only good for Chihuahuas. Our small-ish cat can't get her head all the way into these and even got it stuck one time. The idea is great, I just really didn't expect these to be so small considering they only have Small and Large sizes available. I wish this site had a Canadian counterpart so I didn't have to pay extreme shipping charges. I can't justify $29 shipping for the larger bowls to replace these.

Small Airline Kit
I ordered this for my pomeranian to fly to Japan. The bowls are the perfect size for his kennel and I'm so glad I won't have to worry about stickers at all.

water dish
the water dishes are great but one tab to attach to the cage broke when I was putting it on!! REPLY: I have sent you a new one it is on the way. Your Tracking no. has been emailed to you sorry about that.

Good company
I would like to say thank you to DryFur for the very helpful how to videos. I will be taking my 2 small dogs from USA to the UK and they provided me with very helpful information. I ordered a kennel kit from them. It was shipped he same day and was on my door step well wrapped in 2 days.

Orders that total $29.99 and up qualify for free standard ground shipping in the continental USA.
*Orders to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico, Military and other US locations where standard ground is not available shipping will be calculated and charged at checkout.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, examined and processed your return. EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
