A+ Customer Service A+ Website A+ Food Water cups, quality, dollar value First of all, I have used this website MANY times getting ready to fly my German Shepherd with me on an international flight. ANY information needed, they have and surpass. The food & water cups are FANTASTIC!! The spill proof lip makes so much sense for traveling. Plus, these lips can be taken off for more thorough cleaning. Mine washed on the top rack of the dishwasher just fine. The clips that secure them to the kennel are so much more....secure. The feeding cups that came with the kennel kept falling off. I like also that the cups are clear so that you can see when the food or water needs refilling. Customer Service--absolutely the BEST. Not only were they most helpful in making my choice, I felt like they actually cared about my satisfaction with the order. When I placed my order, I was concerned it would take too long to get to Canada. Their website allowed me to track my order every step of the way. It was shipped the day I placed the order and arrived in 8 days, which included a weekend!!! I am absolutely thrilled with this company, the product I ordered, and the way they work with customers!!

great kit
I would highly recommend this kit for your traveling pets. our dog was going on a international flight and the bowls that came with his crate were totally unacceptable. i did lots of research and found these to be the best option out there. customer service was wonderful. i got my bowls on time as promised. THANK YOU!!!

Large Airline Kit
I ordered the whole kit instead of just the bowls since the last time my staffie flew, they spelled his name wrong on his stickers and I wanted to correct that. The bowls are a great size for him and will be great for his long flight to Japan coming up. All of it is great quality too!

Good design for water cups
The water cups have a tight fitting but removable seal, it is curved to the inside to keep the water. They are not very deep, but I plan to put water in one and ice cubes in the other.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us unless the return is due to our error.

EXCEPTIONS
Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
